How to Request Student Assistance
As next school year approaches, we want church members to know how they can request financial assistance for SDA schools:
1. To apply for the reduced constituent tuition rate, use this form. The first page contains the policy, and the second page is the application.
2. To apply for additional tuition assistance, use the worthy student application.

To apply for the constituent tuition rate, fill out only the constituent application form (link 1).
To apply for worthy student assistance, please fill out the constituent tuition form and the worthy student form (links 1 and 2).
Funding amounts will be determined no later than the last Friday of July preceding the start of the upcoming school year. The deadline for application is the first Friday in July, preceding the start of the upcoming school year. Applications may be emailed to treasurer Aysha Inankur at ainankur@southbaysda.org.
